Has anyone other than me experienced communication error while trying to link to the 07-08 Escalade?. I can't get live data or any other service. I called Autel they said its an update error, and Autel China will get back with me. Its been a month now since I purchased the scanner. Im trying to figure out if anyone else is having this issue since its an update software error. Don't want to send it back and get another one with the same issue because of update issues.
